Bio
Founder of IFITWELLNESS, Calvin To is a Certified Massage and Myofascial/Neuromuscular Therapist, Fitness Trainer & Movement Specialist with his own west coast-based practice in Los Angeles since 2002. Recognizing how valuable it was to maintain a healthy lifestyle through corrective and functional movements, he decided to expand his knowledge-base in fitness training and other movement practices/wellness modalities.
Calvin specialized with pain management, injury prevention, clinical rehabilitation, sports performance, etc. and customized individually session/training program to his clients' needs. He had worked with high end spas, world class health clubs & hotels and in private settings. He has also provided wellness/massage for both corporate and private events as well as one-on-one bodywork and fitness training session at his office, private training facilities and at client's home throughout the Los Angeles area.
Experienced Knowledge
Calvin is a highly trained, advanced bodyworker and has over 3000 hours and counting of training and extensive experience studying various forms of therapy and wellness. He holds certifications from a number of prestigious organizations and continues to advance his knowledge and training through numerous seminars and workshops throughout the year.
Calvin is a state certified through the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC), member of American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Trainer, TRX Suspension and RIP Trainer, AED/CPR Certified, an avid outdoors, a marathoner and volunteer. He hold a BA from Columbia College - Hollywood in Cinema and a decorated Gulf War veteran of the Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
